Spaghetti Aglio e Olio con Peperoncino

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Spaghetti
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 Fresh Hot Pepper
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
  • 4-5 Tbsp Chef Salvatore Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

In a large skillet sauté the hot pepper and the garlic in Chef Salvatore Organic Extra Virgin olive oil till they become golden brown. Add the cooked spaghetti and mix well and serve hot. You can add extra hot pepper to taste or another string of oil on top. Easy and delicious!
