Mezzi Rigatoni con Cime di Rape e Fagioli


  • 16 oz Mezzi Rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cloves Chopped Garlic
  • 16 oz Brocoli Raab
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 16 oz Cooked Cannelini Beans
  • 1 Fresh Hot Pepper
  • 4-5 Tbsp Chef Salvatore Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

In a large pan bring to boil 6 quarts of water with salt to taste. Add the broccoli to the water and after the water boil again drop the pasta and let the broccoli and the pasta cook together, they should be ready at the same time. In a large skillet, while the pasta is cooking, sauté the hot pepper and the garlic in Chef Salvatore Organic Extra Virgin olive oil till they’re golden brown, add the beans and sauté them for a few minutes. Add the cooked pasta with the broccoli to the oil and the beans and mix well. You can add extra hot pepper to taste and another string of oil on top. A hearty dish that satisfy everyone!
