We welcome back Chef Salvatore! Tonight, he will take prepare Italian dishes guaranteed to put us in a romatic mood!
Menu:
- Cicchetti (small snacks):
- Bruschette Miste(A variety of brushcette) Eggplant, Pomodoro, Asparagus
- La Fagiolata: simple fresh hot Italian sausage, white cannellini beans, cherry tomatoes tossed in Chef Salvatore’s extra virgin olive oil & fresh basil
- Misto Pasta: (Combo of fresh pasta)
- Caramelle Style Pasta alle Erbe- Candy style pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese& fresh spinach tossed in a fresh sage and polpa roma tomato, & parmigiano
- Orecchiette alla Pugliese- Little ear shape pasta tossed with eggplant, black olives, fresh tomato, basil all in extra virgin oil and fresh mozzarella
- Branzino in Crosta al Sale – Fresh Branzino baked in sealed sea salt & pastry crust, a very delicate & light dish- a ”Chef Salvatore creation at his best”
- Dessert: Zabaglione dello Chef. a very light romantic dessert for two
